We do not collect information about your browsing behavior, install tracking pixels, or use third-party advertising cookies.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to:
- Process and respond to your submission or inquiry
- Send relevant updates about your application or grant status
- Communicate organizational news if you have opted in
- Maintain our 501(c)(3) compliance and internal records
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use behavioral targeting of any kind. We do not profile applicants based on demographic data.
Data Retention
Application data is retained for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records. Donation records are retained in accordance with IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate our platform:
- Formspree - for processing contact and application forms
- Zeffy - for processing donations (zero-fee platform)
- Google Fonts - for loading web typography
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose services that align with our minimal-data philosophy.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies beyond what may be set by embedded third-party services (e.g., the Zeffy donation form). We do not set first-party cookies for tracking or analytics.
