Grant Applications
Submitting an application does not constitute an entitlement to a grant. All grant decisions are made solely at the discretion of Fund the Future Foundation. We do not take equity in exchange for grants. We do not charge application fees. All decisions are final.
Intellectual Property
Applicants retain full ownership of all intellectual property submitted as part of the application process. By submitting, you grant Fund the Future Foundation a limited, non-exclusive right to review your materials solely for evaluation purposes. We will not share, publish, or distribute your application materials without your explicit consent.
Donations
Donations made through our platform are processed by Zeffy. Fund the Future Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor. Donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fund the Future Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our programs.
